DETAIL DESIGN
Upon satisfactory completion of the Preliminary Concept Phase and followed by written approval by the Client, the designer will undertake the Final Concept Design Incorporating the comments from the Client on the Preliminary Design and prepare a design presentation containing but not limited to:
_ Developed Floor, Ceiling, and furniture layouts
_ Developed External and Internal Elevation drawings for all areas showing the lighting, power sockets, windows, etc.
_ Finishes schedules and Vendor Cut Sheets for all project components such as walls, doors, ceiling, flooring, etc.
_ Proposal for all furniture including materials, finishing, fabrics and colors.
_ Overview of all materials selected.
_ Three-dimensional photo-realistic computer-generated 3D visuals of the agreed areas with the client team to illustrate the Final Concept Design.

_ List and estimate of furniture and accessories selected, with specification of materials, finishes, fabrics, and colors.
